Gannon Talos Research Group

Ten divisions. One family.

People and AI agents, hired one department at a time. Each division starts with one broad hire, then adds specialists when the work proves it needs them.

Office of the Owner

Sets the direction, approves every hire, and has the final say on anything outward-facing, paid or permanent.

What we do

Practical AI for businesses that build, fix and sell real things. We start with one problem, prove it works, then grow from there.

AI operations for small business

For the trades, real estate and owner-run companies.

  • Bids, quotes and paperwork drafted faster
  • Checklists, templates and follow-up that don't slip
  • Your team trained to use it day to day

Government contracting readiness

For subcontractors moving into federal and defense work.

  • CMMC readiness planning and self-assessment prep
  • Handling rules for controlled information (CUI)
  • Bid and flow-down document support

We never take CUI into our own systems; we help you set up yours. We help you prepare; we are not a certified assessor (C3PAO), and this is not legal advice.

Products and media

Our own brands, built with the same system.

  • E-commerce products
  • Creator partnerships
  • Finished documents: decks, cards, printables

How we work

Five rules every job runs on, for our own team and for yours.

  1. Updates at milestones

You hear from us when something is done, at milestones we agree on up front. No chasing.

  2. Claims are checked

A vendor's "it's compliant" or a tool's "it worked" is a claim until we see the document or the result.

  3. Done means tested

Every deliverable has an acceptance test agreed before work starts. You sign off against it, not against "looks done".

  4. Written scope

We do what was agreed. New ideas become a written change order you approve first. No surprise bills.

  5. Your data stays yours

Client data stays locked to the job that brought it in. We don't reuse it, and we only use tools whose terms let us keep it out of model training.

How we hire

  1. One broad hire per division

A general counsel before five lawyers. The head hire covers the whole department until the work outgrows it.

  2. Specialists earn their seat

A specialist is hired only after three independent jobs need the same craft, or the head hire's instructions start to conflict with the work.

  3. The owner approves every hire

No new seat, model or agent without the owner's OK.
